Treasurer's Report :
The treasurer's report was given.  We voted that we are going to be buying a new table for the announcers stand for next year.

PARADES:
We are going to be setting the rules for the costumes for next years Babbitt parade at the last meeting, so if you have an opinion, please attend!!

RAFFLE:
Make sure and have all your tickets turned in by the meeting in October (13th).  That is when we are having the drawing and handing out prizes for most tickets sold.

When the timer messes up for whatever reason and we need the person to complete their run again it is for the time only, as they already completed the run once correctly, and it is not their fault that they have to do it over.  Meaning that if they knock down a jump, or pole or barrel (or whatever) they still get a time.

We are going to be deciding what games for next year at the last meeting.  So if you have any ideas bring a drawing and directions to the last meeting.  Things to keep in mind are use of the timer, length and fun.  Thanks!!

OUR HELP & SUPPORT ARE NEEDED!!!

We are very lucky to have the horse camps and trails in the area that we do and they need our support.  I strongly suggest that all you day trippers out there, PLEASE put a donation in the box when you go ride at places like Stony Brook and Togo.  They are way under budgeted and in need of lots of help.  So even if you are not staying the night in a camp site, please leave a donation to help with expenses of running the place.  Thank you.  We need to keep these places around, it would be a shame to loose them!!

THANKS:

Thanks to Bonnie Snodgrass for donating her old trophies to the club.  Audrey had these refurbished and they are the trophies that were given out to the Kiddies and PeeWee rider's at our last ribbon playday.  So thanks again Bonnie!!

Anyone with rosette ribbons that they no longer want and are looking for something to do with them.  Audrey is excepting donations to make into youth rider ribbons to give to young and new riders to encourage the next generation of horse back enthusiast.
