Treasurer's Report :
Treasurer's report was given. Insurance went up to $790 this year, with $30 more for each additional event.
The insurance company provided us with proof of insurance for the parades.
Old Business :
Went over nominations for club officers. Found speakers, need to see if they
work. Raffle quilt was completed and shown. Tickets will be done by first play day.
Briefly discussed coggins clinic.
June 5th at 5pm is the arena clean up day. If you come and help out you are entitled to ride one horse at one play
day for half off. your name will go on a sign up sheet, and when you redeem your 1/2 off play day then it will get crossed
off the list.
The drill team has started practicing every Tuesday at 5:30 pm, and they are having a great time.

St. Judes ride is on May 21st at noon. The contact person is Chris Dale 984-3215. The ride
is at Anita and Randy Lossings place (7651 Andeline Rd. Embarrass). There will be some signs posted. (A)
Go west on MN-169 to Tower. Take a left on 135. Turn right on CR-303/West Taylor RD. Turn RIGHT onto ANDELINE RD/TOWNSHIP
RD 6641. (B) Going west on CR-21. Turn RIGHT onto MN-135. Turn LEFT onto CR-303/W TAYLOR RD. Turn RIGHT onto ANDELINE RD/TOWNSHIP

RD 6641. Then go to the end of Andeline Rd, parking will be in posted areas. Signs will be up to mark the routes. There tack
shop will be open. Audrey will be bringing a BBQ grill. So feel free to bring something to throw on it. Audrey will be staying
behind to set up the stuff for the pot luck. The saddle club will provide chips and pop. hope to see you
there.
Audrey will mow the arena this weekend. She found some trash cans, and some paint for the barrels.
We will have concessions for the play days and the show.
We are looking for volunteers for pooper scoopers for the parades.
